The remains of a home, belonging to Joplin, Missouri resident Tim Bartow, remains standing in the town devastated by a tornado earlier this year, when 161 of its residents died. Officials are now trying to determine what to do with the structure, called the Volunteer House, which is open to the elements and bears handwritten notes and mementos from the legions of volunteers that came to help.
